Thomas Armstrong Timber Installs 16 Timber Kits at Gilcrux

Following a seamless construction period, the team has successfully supplied and erected 16 high-quality timber frame kits for Washington Homes. The project represents another successful collaboration within the Thomas Armstrong Group, delivering modern housing solutions to the Gilcrux area.

To mark the conclusion of the works, Thomas Armstrong Timber Contracts Manager Kevin Bell met with Site Manager Mark Cain to sign off on the final handover certificates. This milestone marks the official transition from an active timber frame installation site to the next phase of development.

From the first day of arrival to this final sign-off, the project has been defined by efficiency and close coordination between the teams. With the Gilcrux development now complete, Thomas Armstrong Timber continues its commitment to delivering precision-engineered timber solutions across the region.
